Ways of the Weak What if the walls began to speak? (or are they already speaking) Well, some here might know the ways of the weak. (well, your resistance is futile) Just give us a taste or two or three, to fill up this hole in empty me. (well, your resistance in futile) This opposition's removal and... That’s when the walls they came a tumbling down. You build build it up, and then it hits the ground, the wall, it just fell and struck the ground. Oh yeah e yeah e yeah yeah And we roll... Watching from a post way up high Let’s go! La la, La la, La la, La, la. And what if the walls began to speak? (or are they already speaking?) Some here might know the ways of the weak. (well, you’re existence is futile) (well, you’re existence is futile) That’s when the walls they came a tumbling down! You build build it up and then it hits the ground That shit it hits the ground. The wall it just fell right down to the ground Move out in your little eye, all this out across the blood filled sky Everyone was kindly watching and. everyone was part of the goal and We could see ourselves fly! We could see ourselves fly! We could see....

Atomspherics 04:02
Atom-spherics See, out past the atmosphere. Where everything was so crystal clear. See, I know it’s not your perfect blue sky, But, if you give it a chance it will eat you alive... It all came running backwards. It was hard to focus. I’m gonna need that light to find out why and how this chain reaction, this self, made equation; It never saw the light of day and died, well. And, Out past the atmosphere. Where everything was so crystal clear. See i know, it’s not your perfect blue sky, But if you give it a chance, it will eat you alive. It all came running backwards. (And I know, it could change the world... And that’s a large assumption coming from such a little reason and well) It all came running backwards, It was hard to focus, I’m gonna need that light to find out why and, how this chain reaction, This self, made equation It never saw.. the light... of day and.... died.

Bone Picker 04:13
Now you... go living there because you can. You go feedin’ off of all the things that are livin’ under your wings. I know you. While everybody runs for the hills... You’d better run for yourself, Cause they’re lookin’ for you! Yeah, they're lookin’ for you They're lookin for you. They're gonna find you. Now two can play this game, at exactly the same time. They’ve got this real-time situation here, Said their livin’ in their lies. Now, all we’ve got to play with is, A pair of dice and cards, but the house is always the winner and well, that’s just where the cards... fall... down... Where the cards fall... down Wa ewww Wa ewww Why can’t I see you? Bone................. Picker! Bone....................Picker! I know you, I know everything, Just what you do, and where you're coming to. I know nearly everything you do, I know where you are and what you’re plottin to do. I know where you go and what you do.... Bone Picker! Don't leave no scraps behind. Bone Picker! Won’t leave no scraps behind.

Dark days, so I open up the shades more... Yeah, Yeah, Yeah I'm sure it did a lot of good, But that's okay. I get down. ... and I continue to get down with these people...

It was right about then, That I took my forceful time and I said, It can't just make all sense and it said. The water's too damn hot, I'm nearly bleeding and I said. I whispered to the cat, I said I wish you and that rat would make amends... and it ends!!!! And I died, Not yesterday or the day before, But sometime. I wish it could have all worked out and I cried. The sun sang out so certainly society should ask themselves why? Why I try? This weighting down, The stars are empty, This moon is open, Come on, get in. And its faced a million tries, they call it something. And I hope you've figured all the reasons why. Cause in the end when nothing came that made us nothing. You've got a slightly different subject on your mind. You've got a slightly different subject on your mind. You've got a slightly different subject to consume your simple desperate little mind... And that's fine... This weighting down, The moon is open, The stars are empty, Come on get in. And This scarlet sin Has bloomed and blossomed This open welcome It has worn right thin.

Lubricant Lounge There’s gotta be some kind of former function operation goin’ round. Oh, my eyes “cain’t” believe my ear. Hold it up to the stars and if they believe you it’s clear. And you’re free to go, wherever you’re trying to get to, my dear. I won’t be the one that denies you anything, oh no. Now, I shook it off and i count back over again. I don’t know where your mind’s at, where your soul has been. Okay, She shook it off. Let’s start back over again. Oh yeah, we clearly need to start back, Once again, yeah, the cycle that won’t CONTINUING will never die, No, unless we want it to go. here we are now... We’ve got to make our decision, shit or get off the pot---ta. (Oh, it’s wonderful. Pure ecstasy) Oh, how delightful It was. Just to see... you. Standing there, Looking at nothing, but me... Okay, I think that I’ve got somewhere that I've got to be. But, I don’t know? Where to go? And that’s okay, who cares anyway, ‘Bout the way i made you feel, ‘bout the way that I feel inside, ‘Bout the things that I can’t explain, about all the things I’ve constantly tried to hide. You know, I’m simply ashamed of all my predictable, senseless behavior. Which never got me anything out of life, but being... shit out of luck. No “too cools”, no “dredges”, no “wanna-be’s”, no “wish me nots”, let alone “wish me do’s, Wanted a damn thing to do with any of the shit that I was shovelin’. The moments that life is so vibrant, doesn’t mean you’ll get a seat. And the top of the hill, the horizon. Is the birthplace of our dreams. The moments that life is so vibrant, doesn’t mean you’ll get a seat. From the top of the hill, the horizon. Is the birthplace of our dreams. ...The birthplace of our dream ...The birthplace of our dreams ...The birthplace of our dreams....

for now... 03:24
...Save me now And take a picture while it lasts, Cause now you're part of the stars. Down we go to the golden harbor, So lock your door and dry your waves, Because you're part of the starts. Deciding Whether Where we're going to stay. These decisions that we made they weren't so great.... For now...

Passing Horizon Slightly vital signs could make us all uneasy. Treetops tower above the fresh and unmarked stones. Let the passing horizon take care of you. As your dreams on the wall. They start to crumble and fall. Constant reminder, fact of the matter. A constant reminder, fact of the matter. Can’t you read the writing on the wall? This projection screen dreams a million thoughts in a day. Frozen heart will break free once it beats again. This projection screen dreams a million thoughts in a day. Oh, the landmarks continually dissolve away. Dimly lit hope lies alive in the back of a cellar. Dimly lit hope lies alive in the back of a cellar (Within the face of the day), I’ll hope I’ll dream I’ll burn your lights out. (Within the break of the day), I’ll hope I’ll dream I’ll burn your lights out. Follow me through the collapse of this crashing tide. Follow me through the collapse of this crashing tide. I dreamt of your elegant laughter. Your eyes and your words And my dreams and my hopes In regard to the things, we’ll never ever fucking surrender! In regards to my dreams and my eyes And my words and my hopes and my thoughts And all the things, I’ll fucking never surrender! I wanna feel you... .I wanna feel you... (blood drips from my heart.) I wanna feel you.. (your blood drips from my heart) I wanna feel you... I wanna feel you, your blood drips from my heart. “And I just breathe, to understand your love.” I just breathe.......... at this point to stay alive.

about

The Story: Just before the world was taken over by a fucking virus, which shut life as we knew it down to a trickle of livelihood in a sea of unknown and unfortunate panamondium. Matt Greenia and Nick Nickerson were slowly beginning to work on material that wasn’t necessarily being recorded for any specific body of work. What was being recorded were Old and New songs together. The older tunes ranged from being 22 years old to the not so distant past. This sparked up the new creative side in me to create a tracklist made up of songs I felt strongly about in this moment and songs from prior mentalities into works of the present. Outside of four songs the entire album was recorded remotely. With very little face to face interactions, the album was recorded with Nick Nickerson’s personal recording setup, along
with some of the other many guest contributors also providing recordings captured in their home studios. Once the stems were sent to Matt Greenia at Diamond Street Studios, he began feely them out and building upon them to thicken them up using anything from bass, different amps, electric guitar, percussion, background vocals, and anything at his disposal at Diamond Street Studios. From that point we began inviting other fellow musicians to contribute whatever they felt from each of the songs. The results were surprisingly vivacious and took on a new life in a free and transformative way. Though there may indeed be +20 year old songs on this record, they have never reached the ear drums of many in their originally conceived recordings.
Created throughout the entire isolation of 2020 and 2021, this motivating album led our hearts away from the unknowns of the cross-minded and naysayers. Real art is not dead and gone, it’s just locked deep inside of us and it’s not in some fad oriented regurgitating consumer driven dream market of blind ignorance. ...For Now.

Also, this record took a mix of 20 year old songs and brand new material. Without the boat load of featured musical icons from the history of the Atlanta Music Scene lending their talents and skill sets to these 11 hand picked tunes… Well, it just wouldn’t have turned out so damned magical.
